I've been doing the workouts for the last two days and I already feel a difference, especially the kettle bell swings! The workouts are so easy and I'm able to do them 25-30 minutes in the morning before work. I can't believe I was doing the wrong workouts for so long. The nutrition advice is amazing and easily adapted to a busy lifestyle. I'm so excited to see more results!
I purchased the kindle version of this book after I got engaged. My wedding isn't for 11 months- but I wanted something to motivate me and give me the tools I need to lose some weight before the big day. I followed Greg's plan for a week straight and I found the workouts to be simple but effective, and the meal plan to be satisfying. In just a week I lost 5 lbs and felt amazing. Had it not been the start of the Holiday season- I probably would have kept going with it. Now that I know that the plan works, I am going to use it to jump start my new year. The book is laid out nicely, and Greg offers lots of great tips. I see this as a plan I can follow even after my wedding.
This is a great read and the author covers a wide array of detail. This is a great guide even aside from it being for brides to be.
He covers all the must have info needed to get in great shape.
In just 2 weeks I lost 1.8% body fat down from 20% when I started the exercises/meal plans. I've been trying to drop my body fat percentage for months and despite going to the gym every day (even weekends), trying to vary my workout, eating healthy, etc. I couldn't get the percentage of fat to drop until I tried the methods outlined in this book. It really works whether you're getting ready for a wedding or just looking to get in the best shape ever!
Greg Doyle is a tireless advocate and trainer, focused on helping brides-to-be get in better shape as they get ready to wear the most important dress of their lives. My wedding is in June, and I've been stressed with all the preparations. So I needed some guidance on how to prepare to look as good as possible in my dress. Greg supplied that with his get-down-to-business concise book, sharing his expertise on what exercises to do for maximum impact; what a bride should eat, as well as avoid, and why. All in all, it is a good motivational tool for brides to get started with a fitness and nutritional program. Btw, I read this on , which saved time for me.
This was one of the more motivating and insightful workout and diet books I have read (out of about 40). The tone is good and practical. The book gives access to site info. I just wish the site had full workout videos so I can make sure I am doing the moves right.
